After a restful night in our Vinschger gourmet Hotel Zum Mohren, it’s time to enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet. Fresh bread from the local baker, a savoury buffet of cold meats and cheese, all kinds of egg dishes, a vitamin-rich organic muesli corner and sweet delights from the hotel bakery promise to give you a good start to your day, whatever kind of breakfast you like. There is also a large selection of juices, fresh Italian coffee and exquisite tea varieties. This will give you a great start to your eventful day.

As you discover the Reschen Pass holiday region, chef Dietmar is preparing the evening 5-course menu with his team. The junior boss sees himself as nature’s servant who primarily uses seasonal products from regional producers – preferably from his brother-in-law Emanuel who runs two farms in Obervinschgau. He loves to cook sophisticated South Tyrolean dishes, Mediterranean delicacies and sweet treats for you.

And when evening comes, the time has arrived: Our culinary highlight: the 5-course menu is waiting for you in our cosy restaurant. There’s a variety of lovingly prepared salads and vegetable buffets, cold and warm appetisers, main courses and desserts. The appetisers and dessert buffets also create added variety. As an accompaniment, we serve you a selection of South Tyrolean and Italian top quality wines. Finally, you are welcome to end the day in good company at the bar with an after-dinner digestif.
