The restaurant is part of our gourmet Hotel Zum Mohren and is open to everyone for lunch and dinner – whether it’s day guests, locals, passers-by or our hotel guests. It’s also excellent for bus passengers as well as family and company celebrations, but please book in advance. We have looked after numerous guests for weddings, baptisms, first communion, confirmation as well as birthdays, mother’s day, anniversaries and Christmas dinners. We are convinced that the best dishes can only be created from the best ingredients; our chef de cuisine Dietmar places great value on purchasing and using seasonal products from local farmers. He re-interprets traditional recipes, thereby producing his own creations.
