DIRECTIONS
The Hotel Zum Mohren is located in Reschen am See, Hauptstrasse 30 in Vinschgauer Oberland (Upper Venosta Valley).

PARKING
You can park free of charge right outside our hotel in the car park.
ARRIVAL
On the day of your arrival, your room will be available from 2pm.
Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 7pm.
DEPARTURE
We request that you check out of your room by 10.30am.
DOWN PAYMENT
Bookings are not confirmed until the down payment (30%) or
credit card details have been received. You will receive a definite confirmation from us.

ACCESSIBILITY
Our house has a lift. All public spaces and three bedrooms are wheelchair accessible.

Our prices are per person per day, including a richly varied high-quality breakfast, 5-course menu during the evening and use of our pool & wellness area. Prices for overnight stay with breakfast upon request.

Conviviality and gourmet enjoyment with specialities from regional, Mediterranean and international cuisine as well as all kinds of cakes, gâteaux and sweet temptations. Table reservations via tel. +39 0473 63 31 20 or info@mohren.com. Opening hours: from 8.30am to 10pm – lunch from midday to 2pm – dinner from 6pm to 8.30pm.
SPA AREA & MASSAGES
The indoor pool as well as our sauna and spa area are available to our guests free of charge. Massages & treatments that incur a charge – appointment necessary.
BATHROBE
You will find a wellness bag with fluffy bathrobe, bath towel and slippers in your room on arrival.
PETS
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome at the Hotel Zum Mohren. We have special dog-friendly rooms available. We ask for your understanding that we do not allow four-legged friends into the restaurant and & spa area. There is a charge of €15 per day (without food) for pets.
CHILD DISCOUNTS
From 0 to 2.99 years, children stay overnight free of charge. From 3 to 5.99 years, we offer a discount of 60% and from 6 to 10.99 years, a 50% discount; from 11 years, 20%. Valid in double rooms with at least two persons paying full price.
SMOKE-FREE
The entire premises including bedrooms and suites are non-smoking zones.
LOCAL TAXES
The local taxes are 3,40€ per person per day (does not apply to children under 14 years). This levy is not included in the overall price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellations up to 60 days before commencement of your stay, the down payment is retained. The down payment is returned in the event of illness or accident if confirmed by a medical certificate. In the event of short-term cancellation, 15 days or less before arrival, 70% of the invoice amount is charged; this also applies if you arrive on a later day than expected or depart early.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash payments up to € 4.999,99 are possible. Other payment methods: EC card, Visa and MasterCard. Advance bank transfer is possible. We do not accept cheques.

Free wireless Internet throughout the entire premises.
MINIBAR
We would be delighted to supply you with a minibar on request – with your choice of drinks.

ALTO ADIGE GUEST PASS
Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
